Change/edit registration

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Victoria Drinnan at victoria@conference.nz in writing.

 

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less the applicable administration fee will be made, provided notification is received by Friday 9 October 2026.

 

The following administration fees apply:

•  Conference (conference only and workshop add on): $50.00
• Workshop (only): $20.00
• Consumer day (in person and virtual): $20.00

 

After Friday 9 October 2026, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers and processed after the Conference.

 

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, or for reasons of attendee health and safety, the Conference, Workshop or Consumer Day is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

Photography

While attending the Conference, Workshops or Community Day you may be photographed. By registering for the Conference, Workshops or Community Day you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes.  If you do not wish to be photographed please make it clear to the photographer on the day.

Conditions

NZFBOC Conference Planning Committee and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

Disclaimer

All details are correct at the time of publication. The NZFBOC Planning Committee reserves the right to change the programme at any time without notice.

Opinions expressed by authors in their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the NZFBOC Planning Committee.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the NZFBOC Planning Committee nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Conference, Workshops or Community Day or for theft or damage to belongings.

Liability

NZFBOC Planning Committee and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by attendees in the course of the Conference, Workshops or Community Day. Nor will the NZFBOC Planning Committee and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference, Conference, Workshops or Community Day or associated activities.
