Registration includes:

Community Day – Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland

The Auckland venue provides an opportunity to gather with others and watch the Community Day programme live from Christchurch. There is not a separate Auckland-based programme or speakers.

 

Registration includes:

  • Group viewing of the live-streamed Community Day programme from Ōtautahi Christchurch
  • Arrival tea and coffee, morning tea and lunch
  • Opportunities to meet peers, share experiences and network
  • Access to all recorded Community Day sessions for 90 days following the event

 

Community Day – Virtual

Registration includes:

  • Access to all live-streamed Community Day sessions
  • Access to all recorded Community Day sessions for 90 days following the event

Change/edit registration

If you want to make changes to your registration, please contact Victoria Drinnan at Conference Innovators, victoria@conference.nz or phone +64 27 367 0658

 

Cancellations

  • Should you need to cancel your registration, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify Victoria Drinnan at victoria@conference.nz in writing.
  • If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less the applicable administration fee will be made, provided notification is received by Friday 9 October 2026.
  • The following administration fees apply (in person and virtual): $20.00
  • After Friday 9 October 2026, refunds will be at the discretion of the organisers and processed after the Community Day. 
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, or for reasons of attendee health and safety, the Community Day is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

 

Photography

While attending the Community Day you may be photographed. By registering for the Community Day you agree to these photographs being used for promotional purposes.  If you do not wish to be photographed please make it clear to the photographer on the day.

 

Conditions

NZFBOC Community Day Planning Committee and Conference Innovators reserve the right to deny entry and/or terminate the registration of any person who demonstrates behaviour that is deemed to be inappropriate and/or a risk to others.

 

Disclaimer

Opinions expressed by authors in their presentations are personal and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Planning Committee.

 

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including cover for travel, accommodation and personal possessions. Neither the Planning Committee nor Conference Innovators covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Community Day or for theft or damage to belongings.

 

Liability

The NZFBOC and Conference Innovators will not accept any responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by attendees in the course of the Community Day. Nor will the Planning Committee and Conference Innovators take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Community Day or associated activities.
